I saw this when it first was published. For some reason, this resonated with me, and I've shared it numerous times especially with people in marketing.

As I begin to decipher what I want to be when I grow up, I want to have a good solid understanding of my “Why”. Then as I begin to develop the steps that follow, my “Why” should serve as a good guide.
